Yes. The fee is for one property auction only. If you want to bid on 3 different properties online, you must pay participate fee for each property separately.
If you want to attend and bid at the physical auction location, select the Offline option and pay the offline registration fee. Once paid, we will send you the complete venue address, date, and time.
EMD is a security deposit paid only by the winning bidder after an auction closes. It serves as a guarantee that the winner is serious about finalizing the property purchase.
Only the winner. You do not pay EMD to join or participate in an auction. You only pay the initial registration fee for Online Auction. The 5% EMD is required only if your bid is declared the highest when the auction ends.
Yes. The 5% EMD you pay after winning is not an extra charge. It is fully deducted from the final total purchase price when you complete the deal.
Once you pay the 5% EMD, you get 1 month (30 calendar days) to settle the remaining property balance directly with the seller and complete all legal property registration paperwork.
